 I shall be obliged if the group members can enlighten me about the coin illustrated in the attachment.I can see the traces of (Namu)nah on top and zarbe (Banaras) at bottom with Paw Annah in between in Persian.What is its rarity and how many pieces are known/recorded.I am aware of a pattern Rupee recorded by Pridmore No.362.But I have not come across any information about the 1/4 Anna.The weight of the copper specimen is 7 gms.and Diameter is 25 mm, Reverse of the specimen is blank
