I spent most of my life in Gwalior (MP). Then around 1989 I visited Orchha, about 140 kilometers away. One visit, and Orchha won my heart. It is a small township with hardly half a mile breadth and the same breadth today. The place is dotted with Cenotaphs (Chatris).
I went again in 2007, but with a professional interest this time. I photographed the place extensively using a professional digital camera. Subsequent to that I started studying Orchha coins, and would love to read what others have to contribute on that topic.
